With the Weaverham and Acton Bridge Village Show approaching, it is now time that we need to ask the trophy winners from last year to bring them back 😃

Please bring them back to the Community Centre on Russett Road as soon as possible, so we can get them ready for this year 👍🏻

Remember you can bring your entry forms between 1pm-8pm today at the community centre. If you still need the template, you can find it on the website.

With only a few days away we wanted to share the raffle prizes that are on offer at the Weaverham and Acton Bridge Show this year!

Raffle tickets will be available on the day itself. All the money raised goes back into the show to help with running costs and to make the show better for following years 👍🏻

Calling all key stage 1, 2 and 3 artists 👩‍🎨 your village show needs you!

We need you to colour in and design superhero’s. If you have already done it with your school, great! But if you haven’t, go to the downloads link below and print out your template.

Entries need to reach us latest Friday 5th August 8pm at the community centre.

As we get closer to the village show, it’s now time that we need to start asking last years trophy winners to arrange for them to be collected or to be brought back.

If you did win a trophy last year you can either bring them back to the Weaverham Community Centre, or alternatively we can arrange for them to be picked up. Don’t worry about cleaning them if they are a little dusty, our team will sort that out.

After the success of the Village show last year, we have been busy planning the next show which will be on Saturday 6th August. So make sure you start growing, painting, taking pictures, building and of course baking as there will be plenty of categories for all you amateurs out there!

We will be announcing the categories near the time, it we are sure there will be a section for everyone. We will also be asking last years winners to return their trophies.

If anyone has any pictures of the day itself from last year, send them into us and we will include them on our Facebook/instagram/twitter page.
